Eb Flo Coffeehouse is seeking a full-time team member who is available between 6 AM and 5 PM, at least 6 days a week. There’s also room for growth into the role of Assistant Manager for qualified candidates. Starting at $10/hour, plus cash and digital tips. With tips, the average hourly rate ranges from $16-$24 per hour. We guarantee a minimum wage of $16/hour with tips, and if your hourly rate falls below this, we’ll pay out the difference as a bonus after your one-year anniversary. We guarantee a minimum wage of $18/hour with tips, and if your hourly rate falls below this, we’ll pay out the difference as a bonus after your one-year anniversary.
